No Fun
What another week of no fun. Kevin put on his facebook no more surgeries, hospital, and no er visits. Well I guess he missed his own note. This week I had to take him to the er for cellulites. That was Sunday morning. They gave him a shot and some antibiotics to take. This wasn't working, so Monday he had a already made an appointment with our doctor in the afternoon. He couldn't stand the pain anymore so he went right after work. There he learned that it was spreading and they gave him another shot and told him to come back tomorrow for a check on it. When he got there Tuesday morning it was still spreading so off to the er for IV antibiotics. Little did we know he had to stay over night so they could continue giving him the meds. His arm is much better and starting to heal. I hope this is the last trip to the er for a while.

Better Week
What a better week. Jon went and saw the surgeon on Tuesday and everything is healing nicely. He has bounced back very well. He can't wait to get back to all the sports he loves to play.
Bryan continues to well in school, which I love. He has made a lot of new friends. He continues to grow and learn. He seems to enjoy going to seminary. He is not a morning person but he doesn't seem to mind getting up at 6:20am everyday for this. Maybe, it is because of the friends he has there.

What a start to the week. Jon was sick on Monday. He couldn't hold anything down. He woke up Tuesday morning around 1:30am. He text his dad and asked what he could do for a stomach ache. In reply his dad asked where it hurt and Jon told him on his right side. His father asked a nurse there at his work what it might be. Kevin told Jon to wake me up and go to the ER. I got up and took Jon there. This was about 2:20 in the morning. Jon had test done and it turned out to be his appendix. He had surgery at noon on Tuesday. He is doing good and is going home today.
Bryan gave me some good news. He did very well on his math test. He seems to be liking High School, which is great.
I hope the rest of this week goes better.
